*Effective January 1, 2024, all Committee Meetings have resumed in-person in the Board of Commissioners Board Room (3rd Floor) Douglas County Courthouse (Subject to change). All Committee Meetings are open to the Public. Meetings are no longer held virtually. The public is invited to attend in-person.

NOTICES:

There will be a Special Called Community Service Committee Meeting on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the BOC Board Room located on the 3rd Floor of the Douglas County Courthouse.   

There will be a Special Called Community Service Committee Meeting on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the BOC Board Room located on the 3rd Floor of the Douglas County Courthouse.



There will be a special called Tax Abatement Committee Meeting on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.  The meeting will be held in the BOC Board room on the 3rd Floor of the Douglas County Courthouse.

There will be a Benefits Committee Meeting on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Board of Commissioners Conference Room (3rd Floor-Courthouse)

The Tax Abatement Committee meeting scheduled for October 22, 2025 at 11:00 am is cancelled. 

The next World Cup/FIFA Ad Hoc Committee meeting will be held on October 27, 2025 at 11:00am at the Development Services Conference Room located at 4655 Timber Ridge Drive, Douglasville.
