Douglas County Parks and Recreation Department has announced due to this afternoon and evening severe weather outlook, all County Parks will be closed for the rest of the day and evening.
“Out of an abundance of caution and the safety of citizens, Douglas County has decided it’s best to close the parks for today and this evening,’ Director of Communications Rick Martin said. “Parks and Recreation Department plans to open during regular business hours tomorrow.”
