All requests to relocate an existing business to a new location must be approved in advance. If your new location is approved, there is an administrative fee of $45 that will be charged to process your new business license.
To be considered for approval, you must complete and submit a Business Relocation Form.
To provide notice that the business has been permanently closed, you must complete and submit a Business Closure Form. Once a business closure form has been submitted, an New Business Location Packet must be submitted to re-establish a closed business.
